After 9 long years, they meet again in Paris. Jesse (Ethan Hawke) had his book tour and book signing, when Celine (Julie Delpy) stopped by just wanting to see him and how he is. They again tried to find the connection that brings them together that day in Vienna. Celine found out that Jesse was really there and felt guilty for it. They both realized that although their wierd 9 years ago relationship was short, it was lasting and somewhat affected their lives without knowing it even. The story was simple and believable, it was delivered in the most convincing way on the common subject of true love in the world that doesn't seem to believe in it's power any longer.
